Your webshop order is final after the confirmation by e-mail from KARAH interior. After this confirmation, you can expect your package within 3 working days.

Delivery

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Delivery can be arranged outside these areas if required. Please send us an e-mail at info@karahinterior.com.

We send our packages via Post NL. Once the order has been shipped by us, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.

Costs

The costs for delivery within NL are asfollow:
– letterbox package € 3,95
– package € 5,95
The shippingcosts for Belgium and Germany are as follows:
– letterbox package € 5,95
– package € 9,95
Free shipping from €75,-, only in the Netherlands

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchased products, for whatever reason, you can return your order to the return address within 14 days.

First of all, we would like to receive an email from you as soon as possible with the reason for return via info@karahinterior.com. If it happens that your product has been damaged during transport, we kindly ask you to send us a photo so that we can determine the damage.

You can return the items after contacting us. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

Sale items cannot be returned.

We request that you return the article in the original packaging as much as possible. Returns for which the return costs have not been paid, will be refused.

After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount, including our shipping costs, within 14 days. If part of the original order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
